Terms and Conditions

When you submit an order, you request to purchase the products listed in that order. An automated receipt acknowledges that request; we confirm acceptance through an express acceptance notice or dispatch confirmation.

Orders are subject to availability and reasonable payment and fraud checks. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and return any payment collected for the unfulfilled products. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Read the product description and any specifications provided for the model you choose. Screen settings and photography can affect how a color appears; this does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

For powered beauty tools, confirm voltage, plug type, charging requirements, permitted use, and attachment compatibility. Follow the product instructions for skin, eye, hair, or nail contact and stop using a product if a problem develops. Product-specific instructions take priority over general beauty tips.

The product price, transaction currency, shipping charges, and taxes collected by the store are shown in the purchase process before payment. Any promotion applies only under the conditions displayed with it.

Import duties or carrier collection charges, where relevant, will be treated according to the information provided for the destination and delivery method. Contact support before ordering if the treatment of a charge is unclear.

Use a payment method available at checkout and ensure you are authorized to use it. The payment provider may request verification before completing the transaction.

If a pricing or checkout error is identified, we will explain the issue and seek agreement to the correct terms or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge an additional amount without authorization.

Available destinations, delivery options, charges, and any stated estimates are shown before purchase or in the relevant order information. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch notices, tracking, address changes, and delivery issues.

Contact support promptly to request a cancellation or address correction. We can make a change only while fulfillment permits it. If a cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, payment for the canceled items will be refunded.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will communicate the revised information and provide the cancellation and refund options required by law.

A damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product is assessed separately from an ordinary change-of-mind return. Opening a package to discover a problem does not automatically remove your rights. Available legal remedies and any applicable product warranty remain in effect.

We remain responsible for the obligations the law places on a seller. No provision excludes a right, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods.

Please contact support first so we can review a concern and seek a practical resolution. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove a customer's access to a competent court or consumer authority.

The laws applicable to the seller's establishment in the People's Republic of China govern these terms to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where required, and any court with mandatory jurisdiction retains that jurisdiction.

The purchase terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders, with the revised date shown on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
